Event General Questions:
Where is the event located? Arrowhead Country Club - 19888 N 73rd Ave, Glendale, AZ 85308
What is the event schedule going to be? 10am - 3pm Thursday and Friday & 10am - 2:00pm Saturday
When should we get there? To be early is to be on time. We suggest getting to the venue 15-20 minutes before we begin
Is there adequate parking? Yes they have a huge parking lot so don't fret!
Are there sponsorship opportunities? Absolutely, reach out to support@eliteyouthglobal.com for info
Will there be food on premises? Yes, there is a restaurant at the country club
Should we bring lunch or will it be provided? Lunch will be provided only for the children each day, however, for adults we recommend bringing lunch, snacks, or eat at the restaurant after the day is done
Are we allowed to record or take pictures? Yes please do and post it on social media! Be sure to tag us 😉
Is there an age limit to attend? No, all ages are welcome. If you are bringing a small child, we ask that you leave the room if they get a little fussy or rowdy 😊
Whats the temperature going to be like in the room? Since there will be a lot of bodies, the room can get a little warm, so dress light and bring a sweater just in case the AC kicks in strong
Ticket & Registration Questions:
What is the price per ticket? Right now, the price is $497, however, going to increase closer to the event
What is included with the ticket? Admission for x2 adults and x2 children
Do you offer discounts on tickets? No, we do not. We are currently giving our best price forward!
What is the refund policy? We give you up to 14 days before the event to get a refund. Since we have upfront costs to the event center and the food for the children, we have deadlines we have to meet as well!
What happens if we have to cancel within the 14 day window? We will roll your ticket into Mastermind 2025!
