We take a stand against society's outdated and damaging notions of coaching —those that advocate for yelling, shaming, judging or condescendingly punishing a child to teach them a "lesson" for mistakes.
We don't stand against other coaches, coaching is an incredibly complex craft, every situation is distinct and tensions and misunderstandings can arise in any coach-child relationship. We advocate against the closed-mindedness and resistance to growth and change IN coaches.
